What is Recommendation Rate?

The share of real buyer questions in which an AI assistant names your practice. If 60 questions are tested across Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude and you are named in nine answers, your Recommendation Rate is 15%.

Does Nomen Labs sell AEO or GEO?

No. In May 2026 Google published documentation rejecting AEO and GEO as disciplines separate from SEO and naming tactics like content chunking, llms.txt files and inauthentic mentions as ineffective. Nomen Labs agrees and sells none of them.

What star rating do I need for AI to recommend my practice?

Observed floors act as hard filters rather than ranking signals: roughly 4.3 stars for ChatGPT, 4.1 for Perplexity and 3.9 for Gemini — all higher than the 3.5 to 4.0 range Google Maps will still surface.

How often does AI visibility change?

Roughly 85% of businesses named in AI local results turn over as models re-evaluate fresh data, which is why a one-time optimization decays and continuous measurement is required.

How much does it cost?

A $500 Benchmark, credited in full to month one, then $1,490, $2,900 or $4,900 per month. If Recommendation Rate has not improved in 90 days, Nomen Labs works free until it does.

Method, and its limits

Each percentage is the share of this panel’s questions in which a practice appears in the third-party sources AI assistants ground local recommendations on — directories, review platforms and editorial best-of pages. It is a corpus index, not a transcript: it does not query the engines directly, and engines also read review aggregators that never surface in ordinary search. Extraction is automated, so a name occasionally survives that shouldn’t — tell us and we’ll fix it in the next refresh.
